This is the single day-level Luca gate. Approve assembles ONE day-level payload, mints a single-use ConfirmToken on the server, then commits via live_send. With KRONOS_LIVE_WRITES_ENABLED=false (default), live_send runs dry_run=True — staged transcript only, nothing transmits to Ajera.

Approve mints a day-scoped ConfirmToken and commits the resolved set via the patched live_send (env-gated; default dry-run).
